Real Time Electron Microscopy

Overwatch's attempt to make their hero sound smart

I enjoy gaming which is one of the reasons I ended up studying computer engineering. Blizzard Entertainment has released a free web game to celebrate valentines day using their famous intellectual property Overwatch 2. Being a fan of Overwatch, I decided to give their web game a try (even though I don’t celebrate most holidays including Valentines Day).

To my surprise, the hero Mercy discussed her dissertation which is to do with real-time microscopy + machine learning. It is of great interest as I learned about Nanoscopy not too long ago and know something about electron microscopy.
