Proof of Measles

Who has the proof?

You hear in the media that the Measles virus is on the rise and that our children must be vaccinated for Measles as a part of the early childhood vaccination schedule. Germany has even mandated children to have the vaccine in order to attend school. So I thought I would use a Freedom of Information Act request to discover what the science organisations have on the measles virus.

Who Has It?

I initially sent a request to New Zealand’s ESR on Feb 16, 2023. Here is a brief summary: “All records in the possession, custody or control of ESR that scientifically proves using the scientific method the existence of the Measles virus.”. Click to download the full request.

On Feb 28th, 2023, ESR sent me this:

So they transferred my request to the Ministry of Health.

Today, March 7th, 2023, I received a response from another organisation that I never heard of which is Waitaha Canterbury. They wrote the following:

ESR —> MOH —> Waitaha Canterbury

Where is the Evidence?

So the Waitaha Canterbury then goes on to write that they aren’t a repository for scientific evidence.

They then decline my request according to 18(d):

Which means they believe the proof of existence for Measles exists in the public. I have received this response from others for SARS-COV-2 and when I challenge organisations on this, they often times just send me review articles or even the WHO main web page.

Internal Review

According to the Official Information Act, I can request for an internal review of their response. Most of the time organisations will comply with this request but recently, many have been ignoring my request like Landcare Research and even the Ministry of Health. Both organisations have accused me of being ‘vexatious’ even though they are the ones who are dishonestly and corruptly claiming viruses exist and cause disease.

2016 Measles Trial

What is interesting about my measles request is that I include Dr Lanka’s Measles Trial Verdict in the original request and specify that I do not want any records that match the papers in the measles trial because the German court already ruled that those papers are not scientific.

The following was from the 2016 German High court ruling (translated into English),

As a result, the appeal was successful, insofar as it is admissible, because the claimant's criterion of providing evidence of the existence of the measles virus through "a scientific publication" was not met by the plaintiff. Accordingly, the plaintiff is not entitled to any pre-trial attorney's fees.

I wrote the following to Kathleen explaining that I expect at least a few papers since they are confident the records exist in the public or that they reject my request based on 18(e) that the records simply do not exist (which is the case in reality).

ESR does not have any records proving the existence of the Measles virus nor any virus.  Neither does the MOH.  That is because for the past 150 years, not a single scientific experiment using the scientific method has been used to find viruses.  Instead, virologists simply poison and starve foreign cell cultures (like using monkey kidney cells) and when they find the cell culture starts to die, they believe they have found a virus.  John Endors did a control and found that his control also suffered the same demize so mostly virologists have given up on doing proper controls.

Redress

I expect one of the following:

• Provide a few papers that individually proves the existence of measles using the scientific method noting that the already listed papers do not prove the existence of measles.

OR

• Deny my request with an 18(e) that these records simply do not exist.

Will I get a Response?

Generally, the organisations have about 20 days to respond to an internal review request. I have noted this on my calendar. If I do not hear back I will submit a complaint to the Ombudsman. However, the Ombudsman has been useless here in New Zealand. The Ombudsman has closed 6 of my complaints without notification and without providing any response. I have asked them on Feb 24th, 2023 for information on my closed cases but they have yet to respond and I doubt they will.

I have an additional 11 complaints waiting to be assigned.

Needless to say, the Ombudsman doesn’t really care about or want to hold anyone accountable. There is a possibility of going to High Court in the Act but it requires the Ombudsman to approve. I feel like it is a dead end trying to pursue the OIA in court here in New Zealand.

As George Carlin has stated: “the game is rigged, the table is tilted, and nobody seems to notice, and nobody seems to care”. That is why we need to replace our governments around the world. I believe National Socialism has proven itself in 1933 to 1945 Germany. Building off of National Socialist Policies really can improve all of our lives. That is why year on year the Abrahamic Hollywood constantly puts out anti-national socialist propaganda and is why most people won’t ever consider it. But thanks to 2020, I think a lot more people are questioning the government and hopefully they will start to question WW2 history.
